Anti-fraud system: 3-D Secure

To book on our site, it is necessary to register a Visa or Mastercard credit card, in a secure way. In order to confirm your identity, your bank then asks you to connect to its mobile application or enter a personal code sent to you on your mobile phone. This is part of an anti-fraud system that aims to protect payment card holders.

This verification takes the form of a pre-authorization of €0 or a direct debit of €1 which is of course then refunded to you by your bank.

Please note: registering the card does not constitute payment for the reservation. You will therefore have to make your booking after registering your card
