Impossible de rester devant la barrière du fait des sortis de véhicule (Entrées / sorties au même endroit), impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone, en attente (Répondeur automatique)...Le QR code ne reconnait pas mon numéro de téléphone alors que mon numéro a été renseigné lors de la réservation! personne pour nous aider...résultat, j'ai payer un parking extérieur ...une horreur...Quid du remboursement ? - mes notes concernant l'intérieur du parking sont "moyennes" du fait que n'y suis pas rentré.

A complete nightmare. The barrier does not open automatically from either side. You always have to make a phone call and ask someone to open it for you. So much time, energy and mental health wasted.
