Passages extrèmement étroits entre les étages et risque important de griffer les voitures (visible par ailleurs sur les murs...). Très bien pour les citadines mais plus compliqué pour les voitures familiales ou les SUV.

Le passage entre chaque étage est vraiment trop étroit. J'ai vu plusieurs voitures devoir faire plusieurs manœuvres pour pouvoir passer sans risque,

A complete nightmare. The barrier does not open automatically from either side. You always have to make a phone call and ask someone to open it for you. So much time, energy and mental health wasted.
