• In the event of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In the event of a problem leaving the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you took a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and communicate your registration to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation times will be subject to a deduction from the means of payment used.

Place réservée mais en fait pas réservées, accès au parking assez compliqué. Places très étroites. Pas de reconnaissance de plaque à l'entrée il faut sonner à l'interphone pour entrer et sortir. Des personnes font office de responsables dans le parking mais ne sont pas de vrais employés en fait. Les abords du parking sont assez mal famés les week-end après 20h. A éviter vraiment.

Tres sale et un peu inquiétant. La reconnaissance de plaque n'a pas fonctionne a l'entree. Le personnel a toutefois règle le problème très gentiment,

Le scanner ne fonctionne pas. Impossibilité d’entrer sans ticket et grandes difficultés pour sortir.

A l'entrée et à la sortie ne reconnait pas la plaque, bloqué donc à la sortie, tentative d'avoir un agent en ligne qui se fait désirer, donc blocage de la sortie des autres véhicules, l'accès entrée/sortie est unique donc si vous voulez accrocher votre véhicule venez dans ce parking, les personnes qui descendent ne tiennent pas compte du feu qui indique que l'on ne peut s'engager et que quelqu'un sort et vis versa, on vous donne un code pour l'accès piéton mais pas besoin, la porte est grande ouverte à tous, je ne réserverai plus jamais ce parking, très très déçu de la sécurité à tous les niveaux, juste point positif son emplacement proche du centre ville de Bruxelles

Les accès automatiques qui devaient fonctionner ne fonctionnaient ni à l'entrée ni à la sortie. Il a fallu appeler. Pas d'accès piéton sécurisé comme indiqué, tout le monde peut y entrer. Manque de propreté. Globalement non-conforme aux descriptions.
