Entry and exit from the car park
Upon arrival, take a ticket and go to the car park reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).
Good to know
- Please call the number provided in your confirmation email 30 minutes prior to arrival ;
- Vehicle exits are 24 hours a day;
- PLEASE NOTE: This car park is located in the LEZ (Low Emission Zone) . You will therefore need to register your vehicle with the LEZ Brussels and provide paper or digital proof of this to the car park as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in you being refused access to the car park and your booking will not be refunded. If your vehicle does not meet the required EU standards, you will be required to pay a daily fee.
