The parking lot is secure and accessible 24/7.

The day of your departure

You will receive an SMS the day before your booking from Green Valet customer service . It will contain the pick-up address and the valet number . Please respect the appointment time or inform us of your new arrival time as soon as possible .

The day of your return

You will receive an SMS from Green Valet customer service 2 hours before your arrival .
Please provide your return flight number, the valet will track your flight in case of delay.
Contact your valet as soon as you land to let them know your progress (collecting luggage, moving towards the drop-off point, etc.)
Your valet will return your vehicle to the location where you dropped it off.

Good to know

• The drop-off point is limited to 10 FREE MINUTES . Any excess time will be charged to the customer. It provides direct access to terminals A, B and Billi .
• If you change your arrival or return dates and times, you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation by SMS to check availability;
• The vehicle pick-up time corresponds to the beginning of your booking;
• Before confirming your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area to which you will be sent the valet number;
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, after the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
• In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force.
