ECTOR Valet Parking Service offers you direct access to Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport

The parking lot is secure and accessible 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

The day of your departure

1. Contact your valet 15 minutes before your arrival at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email and go to the agreed meeting point, the Terminal drop-off point.
2. Your valet will be waiting for you at the indicated location.
3. A check of the vehicle and its documents is carried out, as well as a verification of your return information (flight number) then entrust your keys to your valet.
4. Your valet will drive your vehicle to the private and secure car park lot.

The day of your return

1. After collecting your luggage, please contact your valet at the number provided in your confirmation email.
2. Your valet monitors the status of your flight in real time to ensure they are there without making you wait.
3. Your valet will be waiting for you with your vehicle at the agreed drop-off point.

Good to know

• If you change your arrival or return dates and times, please contact ECTOR customer service at the phone number provided in your email to check the availability of a new valet.
• To be put in direct contact with your valet, please call from the telephone number provided when booking in your customer area.
• When making your booking, we recommend that you indicate the color of your vehicle after the model. This will make it easier for the valet to recognize your vehicle.
• In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly to the valet, according to the current hourly rate.
