BLUE VALET Valet Service Car Park (External)

The BLUE VALET Valet Service offers you direct access to Bordeaux-Mérignac airport.

The parking lot is secure and accessible 7 days a week from 4:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

The day of your departure

15 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call your valet at the phone number you will receive, by SMS, two hours before the start time of your booking.

Your BLUE VALET valet in navy blue uniform will be waiting for you at the express parking lot (P Express) located on the ground floor near the exit terminals , parking lot indicated upon your arrival at the airport by a red sign.

An inventory of your vehicle will be carried out before driving it to the car park lot.

The day of your return

BLUE VALET tracks the progress of your flight in real time to ensure the presence of your valet in the event of an early or late flight.

Your BLUE VALET valet will return your vehicle to the location where you dropped it off.

Good to know

• If you change your arrival or return dates and times , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check availability;
• Before confirming your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area to which you will be sent the valet number;
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, after the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
• Please leave your keys with the valet without a key ring or other accessory and place your insurance and registration document in the glove compartment;
• PLEASE NOTE: roof boxes are not accepted.
• In the event of an excess, payment must be made via BLUE VALET customer service before collection or upon return of the vehicle by contacting the number indicated in your confirmation email.
