Access to the City’s Public Transport
Like in many cities, Barcelona Airport has access to the city's public transport. On one hand, both terminals have access to the metro, which takes you directly to the city center in about half an hour. On the other hand, you have access to the suburban trains, where it won't take more than 25 minutes from Terminal 2 to also reach the city center. Lastly, there is a bus from the airport that stops in different neighborhoods of Barcelona, which can be a good option depending on the location and occasion. Don't worry about the tickets to access public transport, you can buy them at the airport or pay directly (in the case of the bus).
Moving between Airport Terminals
At El Prat Airport, there is a free bus that connects all its terminals. To reach T1, look for signs that say "shuttle". If you are outside the airport and want to move from one terminal to another, there is a bus that makes the trip, or you can also drive.
Types of services at Barcelona Airport
At Barcelona Airport in T1 and T2, you have unlimited access to WI-FI and places where you can plug in your computer or charge your mobile phone.
