    • In case of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;

    • In the event of a problem when exiting the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you took a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and give your booking number to the agent;

    • There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation hours will be subject to a charge on the payment method used.

      Tout à faite satisfaite de ce parking sécurisé ; réservation en ligne facile ; bon fonctionnement des barrières et de la porte accès piéton

      Réservation par internet et prépaiement. Pour entrer en voiture pas de problème, le numéro d'immatriculation est reconnu et la barrière s'ouvre. pas de délivrance de ticket d'entrée. Pour reprendre sa voiture c'est plus compliqué.pour entrer en tant que piétont il faut un code ou un ticket que l'on ne possède pas.donc attendre un autre client avec ticket ou intervention du personnel. Ce genre de problème n'éxiste pas par exemple au parking casino de Biarritz où l'entrée piéton est libre

      Je déconseille ! Le premier agent de sécurité a tenté de nous interdire l'entrée au parking que nous avions préalablement réservé et payé sous prétexte qu'il ne voulait pas que le parking se remplisse trop vite (le compteur affichait encore 24 places libres), c'est inadmissible, il a même osé nous dire qu'il y avait d'autres parkings ! Au moment de partir, impossible de lever la barrière. Un autre agent nous dit que la lecture de plaque ne fonctionne pas et qu'il ne faut plus réserver sur ce parking car cela bug tout le temps. Le seul point positif était l'emplacement
