Access
Entry and exit from the car park
When you arrive at the car park, enter your access code on the access terminal's digital code to issue your prepaid ticket. Take the ticket issued and park in a free space of your choice.
When you leave, insert your prepaid ticket into the exit terminal.
Good to know
- If you have difficulty accessing the door, ring the intercom and give your registration plate and Onepark booking number to the agent;
- If you exceed the limit, you will have to pay directly at the terminal according to the current hourly rate.

Impossibilité d'entrer le 28/03 car la barrière ne prévoit pas le code reçu par mail. Impossibilité de sortir le 30/03 avec le ticket remis par le gardien.

Le code fourni n'a pas permis d'ouvrir la barrière, j'ai appelé l'interphone qui nous a dit de prendre un ticket et d'utiliser le code à sortie du parking. j'ai dû prendre un ticket et à la sortie pas de possibilité d'entrer le code. Heureusement un empoyé du parking nous a permis de sortir sans devoir payer à nouveau.

J'avais une réservation de 3 jours mais en arrivant mon code ne s'affichait pas en le tapant, il y avait 3 voitures derrière moi donc j'ai appuyé sur le bouton vert pour un ticket "normal" et je me suis mis sur le côté pour ne pas gêner. Je suis allé à l'accueil qui a validé mon ticket pour 3 jours OK. A mon retour, (1h de retard) tout s'est bien passé, la barrière a été ouverte à mon passage OK. Petite critique à formuler : l'accès piétons au parking est très mal indiqué : Il a fallu que je demande au bureau parking pour le trouver !

Réservation onepark - mais aucune place disponible j'ai meme ete obligée de payer le parking une seconde fois 65 € de réservation et 58 € à la sortie pour 3 jours. le parsonnel a cependant été tres arrangeant lors de mon entrée pour me trouver une place car des travaux étaient prévus - visiblement le site de réservation onepark ne m'a pas prévenu.
