Entry and exit from the car park
Arrival at the parking lot
When you arrive at the car park, take a ticket at the entrance terminal and park your vehicle in the space of your choice. Go to the car park reception with your entry ticket and your Onepark confirmation email (which you can present on your mobile or in paper form) to collect a prepaid exit ticket.
Pedestrian access
To enter the car park, use your ticket on the readers located near the doors.
Exit from the parking lot
To exit the car park, insert your exit ticket into the exit terminal.
If you have any problems, please use the intercom to contact the receptionist.
In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the car park according to the price list displayed on site.

Parking très bien situé, proche du centre-ville piéton. Taille des places de parking correcte, bonne circulation à l'intérieur. Parking propre. Un peu cher.

Parking très bien placé et de ce fait très pratique lorsqu'on veut accéder au centre ville mais une personne à l'accueil est vraiment mal aimable et visiblement incapable de comprendre ce que l'on cherche à lui expliquer! Bien dommage!

Bonjour, déçu de la prestation, pas de place réservée, vous m'avez demandé de me présenter à la sortie et le préposé m'a dit que j'aurai dû le faire à l'entrée, j'ai donc attendu 15 minutes au guichet pour sortir. J'ai pu sortir parce que le préposé m'a gentiment ouvert la barrière. En fait j'ai payé plus cher votre service qui ne me donne aucun avantage sur ceux qui ne réservent pas. Il faudrait améliorer votre offre...
