Access
Entry and exit from the car park
Arrival at the parking lot
When you arrive at the car park, ring the intercom located on the entrance terminal and give your name and booking number so that the agent can verify your information. Then park in the space of your choice.
Pedestrian access
To enter the car park, ring the intercom so that the agent can give you access.
Exit from the parking lot
To exit the car park, go to the agent at the exit with your Onepark confirmation email (which you can show on your mobile or in paper form). The agent will open the door for you remotely.
In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the car park according to the price list displayed on site.

Aucune réponse à mes différents mails Suite à une difficulté j'ai dû payer deux fois mon emplacement voiture
Bien situé, cependant la procédure de sortie n'est pas claire car je ne disposais pas d'un QRcode et j'ai du solliciter le personnel qui ne comprenait non plus pourquoi je n'avais pas cette donnée sur la confirmation envoyée par mail.
