The ECTOR Valet Service offers you direct access to Paris-Orly Airport

The car park is secure and accessible 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

The day of your departure

1. Contact your valet 15 minutes before your arrival at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email and present yourself at the agreed meeting point, the Terminal drop-off point.
2. Your valet will be waiting for you at the indicated location.
3. A check of the vehicle and its documents is carried out, as well as a check of your return information (flight number) then give your keys to your valet.
4. Your valet drives your vehicle to the private and secure car park lot.

The day of your return

1. After collecting your luggage, please contact your valet at the number provided in your confirmation email.
2. Your valet monitors the status of your flight in real time to guarantee his presence, without making you wait.
3. Your valet will be waiting for you with your vehicle at the agreed drop-off point.

• If your arrival or return dates and times change, please contact ECTOR customer service on +33 9 73 72 88 55 to check the availability of a new valet.
• To be put in direct contact with your valet, be sure to call from the telephone number provided at the time of booking in your customer area.
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, following the vehicle model, its color. The valet will more easily recognize your vehicle.
• In the event of an excess, you will have to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force.
