OFFICIAL VALET Valet Service Car Park (External)

The OFFICIAL VALET Valet Service car park offers you direct access to Paris-Orly Airport.

The car park is secure and accessible every day from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

The day of your departure

30 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call your valet at the phone number located in the valet field.

Your valet will help you with your luggage, provide a trolley if you wish and will carry out an inventory of your vehicle before taking it to the car park.

The day of your return

After collecting your luggage, call your valet. He will return your vehicle to the place where you left it.

Good to know

• If your arrival or return dates and times change , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check availability;
• Before validating your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area on which you will be sent the number of the valet to contact;
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, following the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
• Please give your keys to the valet without a key ring or other accessory and place your insurance and registration card in the glove box;
• PLEASE NOTE roof boxes are not accepted.

Extra charge

• For all additional days a supplement will be requested on site.
• In the event of an excess, you will have to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force.
