The BIPBIP CHAMARTIN VIP Service   It allows you direct access to the Madrid-CHAMARTIN station.

The parking is covered and accessible 7 days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

On the way there

30 minutes before your arrival at the station, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver wearing a blue polo shirt will be waiting for you in front of Burger King and will inspect the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

Good to know

• In case of modification of your departure or arrival date or time , please contact the driver number indicated in your booking confirmation to check availability;
• Any advance in the collection or delivery time of more than 29 minutes will incur a €5 surcharge from Monday to Friday and €10 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;
• To help the driver easily recognize your vehicle, we recommend that you specify the vehicle model and color when making your booking;
• If you exceed your parking time, we invite you to pay the driver directly, according to the current hourly rate.
