Access
Entry and exit from the car park
Call the intercom and communicate your booking number, once parked, go to the hotel reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).
To access the parking lot as a pedestrian, you must go through the hotel reception.

- Once you enter the parking lot you will not be able to pick up the car until departure;

Yo lo uso por su cercanía a la estación de Chamartin y me resulta muy cómodo, barato y seguro aparte de la amabilidad de su personal. El parking es un poco angosto pero como voy temprano puedo elegir plaza que para algunas hay que ser muy hábil para aparcar..jjj
