The CITY PARK ORLY Valet Service car park offers you direct access to   from Paris-Orly Airport .

The parking lot is secure and accessible 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to midnight .

The day of your departure

Contact your valet 30 minutes before your arrival at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email and present yourself at the agreed meeting point, the Terminal drop-off point.

Your valet will be waiting for you at the indicated location. A check of the vehicle and its documents is carried out, as well as a check of your return information (flight number) then entrust your keys to your valet.

Your valet drives your vehicle to the private and secure car park lot.

The day of your return

After collecting your luggage, please contact your valet at the number provided in your confirmation email. Your valet will monitor your flight status in real time to ensure they are there, without making you wait. Your valet will be waiting for you with your vehicle at the agreed drop-off point.

Good to know

• If you change your arrival or return dates and times , please contact the number provided in your confirmation email to check the availability of a new valet;
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, after the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
• Please leave your keys with the valet without a key ring or other accessory and place your insurance and registration document in the glove compartment;
• Before confirming your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area to be able to communicate with the valet;
• PLEASE NOTE: roof boxes are not accepted;
• In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force.

Supplements - to be paid directly at the car park

• Vehicle washing prices: €99 complete - €79 interior - €29 exterior;
• Fuel service rate €20 (excluding fuel price);
• Beyond one hour of delay, each hour started will be billed 10 euros;
• A supplement of ten euros will be requested for any arrival or departure between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m. as well as on public holidays;
• For oversized and utility vehicles, a supplement of fifty euros will be payable directly to the valet upon collection.
