PARK AND FLY Valet Service Car Park (External)

The PARK AND FLY ORLY valet service offers you direct access to Paris-Orly Airport.

The parking lot is   secure and accessible 24/7 .

The day of your departure

Contact your valet 30 minutes before your arrival at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email and present yourself at the agreed meeting point, at the Terminal drop-off point.

Your valet will be waiting for you at the indicated location.

The day of your return

Please message your valet after you get off the plane and call them after you collect your luggage. They can be reached at the number provided in your confirmation email.

Your valet will be waiting for you with your vehicle at the agreed drop-off point.

Supplements to be paid on site :

• Beyond 30 minutes late in dropping off the vehicle and 1 hour late in returning the vehicle, penalties will be applied of €20 for the first hour and €10 for each additional hour;
• For all oversized vehicles ( utility vehicles, trucks, vans, luggage racks , etc.) an additional cost of €5 per day must be paid in cash directly to the car park;
• Optional returns to Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport (to be discussed with parking) will cost €200 including tax;
• In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly at the car park, according to the hourly rate in force;

Good to know

• To be put in direct contact with your valet, please call from the telephone number provided at the time of booking in your customer area;
• Pick-up is from 3:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and vehicle return is from 6:00 a.m. to midnight;
• In the event of a delay compared to the arrival time indicated when booking, as well as for any changes occurring once your vehicle has been parked, we invite you to notify the car park by calling the valet;
• Flight changes and/or cancellations must be notified no later than 24 hours before the vehicle pick-up time ;
• The vehicle pick-up dates and times must match the reservation end dates and times.
