Access
Entry and exit from the car park
Enter the code in your confirmation email. The terminal will issue you a prepaid exit ticket.
To access the parking lot on foot, you will use the pedestrian access.

Good to know
- If the parking lot is displayed as "full", your booking will still allow you to access it;
- The access code is valid for 45 minutes before or after the start of the reservation. After this time, we invite you to ring the intercom;
- In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly at the car park, according to the current hourly rate.

Très déçu. J'ai réservé une place le week-end dernier à Narbonne, prépayée, et j'ai du régler la Somme de 46,50€ pour pouvoir sortir du parking! Pas de lecture de plaque d'immatriculation, pas de code d'accès transmis par mail... pas d'autre solution que de payer 2 fois.

Only one entry machine was working and it would not recognise our code for prepaid parking and would not give us a ticket. I rang for help - at my 3rd attempt a man answered and asked lots of questions, car reg, email, phone no, amount paid etc etc and then just cut me off! I rang again but got no reply. I had read bad reviews of entry machines not working but obviously nothing has been done to repair or renew them. It was bitterly cold and I spent a long time trying to work the machine and then trying to get help, all unsuccessful. I will never prepay for parking there again. Eventually we took a ticket (not prepaid one) just to get into the car park as we had a train to catch. On our return to the car park later, luckily the exit barrier was stuck up so we didn’t have to pay twice for our parking!

La barrière ne s’ouvrait pas à mon arrivée après avoir pris contact un monsieur est venu très gentil il m’a dit de prendre un ticket et à mon départ de sonner pour signaler que j’avais déjà payé ma réservation. Au départ impossible d’avoir quelqu’un à la sonnette mais la barrière a fini par s’ouvrir.
L'accès automatique a bien marché et on en était content.
