Access
Entry and exit from the car park
On the way there:
Call the driver's phone number, which you will find in your confirmation email, 30 minutes before arriving at the airport.
The driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point indicated according to the terminal:
- T1: DEPARTURES Terminal, in the EXPRESS PARKING, at the end of everything.
- T2: DOOR B, in front of the Miró Mural.
Before taking the vehicle to the car park lot, it will be verified, taking photos as a prior check.
On the way back:
After you have collected your luggage, call the driver's phone number.
The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the meeting point depending on the Terminal where you land, either T1 or T2.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- In case of modification of your departure or arrival date or time , please contact the driver's number indicated in your booking confirmation to check availability;
- In case of delay in collecting the vehicle, the car park will ask you to pay a penalty of 10 euros per day of delay. You must notify the driver of your delay via WhatsApp;
- So that the driver can easily recognize your vehicle, when making your booking, we recommend that you specify, in addition to the vehicle model, its color;
- THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VALUABLE ITEMS LEFT INSIDE THE VEHICLE THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY REPORTED;
- If you exceed the parking time, we invite you to pay it directly to the driver, according to the current hourly rate.

Nul, incompétent et menteur. Attente de 2h pour récupérer mon véhicule. Vous dit qu'il rentre ds l aéroport alors qu'il ne trouve oas la clé puis que le retour est prévu pour le lendemain

Estuve esperando mas de una hora al coche y era con un servicio VIP

Tuve que adelantar un dia, llame y me dijeron que a partir de las 12.30h se paga 10€,que no llamar despues de 1h, llame a las 12.38h y nadie contesto, tuve que volver el dia siguiente a recojer el coche, teniendo que pasar la noche a BCN pidiendo favores, el empleado del telefono no de expresa correctamente, tuve que repetir la matricula 3 veces, me dio respuestas sin cordinar, me engaño y entre al piso amigo a las 3 h y al dia siguiente perdi la mañana. Me han causado perjuicios y molestias. El personal de entraga no son agradables,casi no hablan y si lo hacen, con su acento casi no los entiendes. El personal de atencion , no lo puede hacer peor, no deberia de estar atendiendo al publico. La pasada semana me trajeron un coche que no era el mio, y decian que no se habian equivocado que tenian que recojer un chofer. estuvimos 1,5 h esperando, todo un desastre, muy mal, no hay derecho que tengan un personal tan poco preparado y poco profecional.

Les avisamos que estariamos a las 4 al menos 5 veces en distintas llamadas. Cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar practicamente 1 hora para que llegara el coche
