Impossibilité de contacté quelqu'un. Obligé de prendre un ticket à l'entrée. Impossibilité de sortir : après contact avec l'entreprise, Impossibilité d'ouvrir la porte depuis cette entreprise. Résultat : 48 euros. De plus, à l' arrivée une seule place disponible au 11ème étage. Du vol.

Niemand te bereiken. Niet toen we in de parkeerplaats wilden en niet toen we eruit wilde. 2 keer geholpen door iemand die daar zelf een vaste parkeerplaats had anders hadden we geen gebruik kunnen maken van de parkeerplek. Deze vertelde ons ook beide ook dat het een drama is via Onepark/ beparking. Voor ons nooit meer!!

The system to enter simply did not work, and help desk could not be reached. To open the gate, you have to dial a phone number and enter a code. The system told me that my phone number was not recognized, although my phone number is entered correctly in my account, 100% sure. When calling help desk, I simply got voice mail or it stopped ringing. I tried this several times to get in, no luck. By accident, after about 30 minutes the gate opened for someone leaving, so I could drive in. Exactly the same story the day after to retrieve my car. Access to other floors is steep, so the bottom of my car which is a little lower than average scraped the ground. Parking spaces are very narrow. Overall not clean at all.
