    When entering and leaving the car park, there is no need to take a ticket : your license plate will be scanned and automatically recognised, allowing the barrier to open.

     

    To access the parking lot on foot, you must enter the code that appears in your confirmation email.

    • Once the reservation has been confirmed, the booking number cannot be modified . Therefore, we invite you to check the booking number entered in your account to benefit from the automatic opening of the parking lot;
    • In case of problems at the entrance to the car park lot , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a ticket;
    • In case of problems when leaving the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you have taken a ticket at the entrance, use the exit barrier intercom and communicate your license plate to the agent;
    • There is no courtesy period for this parking : any parking outside the reserved hours will be subject to an additional charge via the payment method used.

      Estuve mas de 20 minutos de reloj esperando que alguien me abriera para irme. El lector de matricula no lo hizo y desde la garita decian que tenian que llamar Tuve que salirme despues de esperar, dar la vuelta y ponerme el último otra vez, vilver a esperar otros 5 minutos. Me Pareció PESIMO

      Cuando llegué al parking no reconoció la matricula, cogí ticket según instrucciones del operario en el interfono del parking. Me dirigí a la cabina donde estaba el operario y me dijo que no tenía reserva en el parking. Tuve que enseñar la reserva que llevaba impresa y tuvo que llamar a la central del parking. Al final confirmaron que tenía reserva, pero al salir pasó lo mismo, no reconocía la matrícula y tuve que hacer la misma operación. El personal del parking muy amable, pero llevaba prisa porque íbamos a un espectáculo en el teatro de Príncipe Pío (de ahí el reservar anticipadamente el parking) y no teníamos tiempo para todo este jaleo.

      Parking amplio, yo no encontré la salida peatonal directa al exterior del centro comercial . Yo no tuve que pasar por caja pero me preguntaron varias personas por ellas, ya que no las encontraban.
