Access to the airport

The free shuttle service offered from the car park takes you to Frankfurt am Main Airport Terminal 1 Departure C7 or Terminal 2 Departure E9 in 6 minutes .

On the day of your departure, we ask you to travel directly to our car park P2.

As soon as you arrive at the car park, please contact us on our driver hotline. Our staff will then show you where you can park and drive you to Frankfurt Airport.

Return journey procedure:

We ask you to contact us only after you have received your luggage and reached one of our meeting points:

Terminal 1: Departures (Upper Floor), Door C7Terminal 2: Door E8

to contact our driver hotline. One of our employees will then drive you back to our car park.

Our partner offers the service 24/7.

For departures or returns between 23:00 - 06:00 they charge an additional night surcharge of 50€.

Good to know

• In case of delay with respect to the time indicated in the reservation or for changes during the duration of the stay, we ask you to inform the car park;
• If you exceed the booked parking time, we ask you to pay the costs directly at the car park according to the local tariffs.
• Our partner offers the service 24/7.

Surcharge – to be paid directly at the parking lot

• For groups of more than 4 people you will be asked to pay a surcharge of 20€ per person for the shuttle service;
• For arrivals and departures between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. a one-time surcharge of 50€ will be charged;
• There is a surcharge of 30€ for oversized luggage and bulky luggage;
• For motorhomes, vans and minibuses, a surcharge of €3 per booking day applies. This surcharge is paid on site at the car park.
