On the way there

45 minutes before your arrival at the station, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver wearing a blue polo shirt will be waiting for you at the departure terminal and will check the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

On the way back

After retrieving your luggage, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the pick-up location.

Good to know

• This parking lot is located in the low-emission zone of Madrid. If you do not have a sticker to access this area, you will have to pay for access by going to the electronic headquarters of the Madrid City Council .
• In case of modification of your departure or arrival date or time , please contact the driver's number indicated in your booking confirmation to check his/her availability;
• Any advance in the pick-up or delivery time of more than 29 minutes will have a supplement of €5 from Monday to Friday and €10 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;
• In order for the driver to be able to recognize your vehicle easily, when making your booking, we recommend that you specify, in addition to the vehicle model, its color;
• If you exceed the parking time, we invite you to pay it directly to the driver, according to the current hourly rate.
