HOLA PARKING Valet Service Car Park (External)

The VIP Service HOLA PARKING   allows you direct access to Madrid-Barajas Airport.

The parking lot is accessible 7/7 from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

On the way there

20 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will be waiting for you at the Departures Terminal and will inspect the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

On the way back

After retrieving your luggage, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the pickup location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• If you need to change your departure or arrival date or time , please contact the driver's number indicated in your booking confirmation to check availability;
• To help the driver easily recognize your vehicle, we recommend specifying the vehicle model and color when booking.
• If you exceed the parking time, we invite you to pay the driver directly, according to the current hourly rate.
