To enter and exit the car park, go to the barrier, do not take a ticket : your license plate will be scanned and recognized automatically in order to allow the barrier to be opened.

To access the car park on foot, dial the code present in your Onepark confirmation email.

• Once the reservation has been confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . We therefore invite you to carefully check the license plate number entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In the event of a problem at the entrance to the car park , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In the event of a problem at the exit of the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you had taken a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and communicate your booking number to the agent;
• There is no courtesy period for this car park : any parking outside the reservation hours will be subject to a charge on the means of payment used.

Problèmes pour entrer et sortir Premièrement, nous n'avons pas pu entrer sur reconnaissance de plaque alors que nous avions une reservation. Il a fallu prendre un ticket sur recommandation de l'agent en poste Deuxièmement, nous n'avons pas pu sortir car non reconnus et le téléopérateur n'a pas répondu en 15 minutes C'est deplorable

Bien situé à côté de la salle Pleyel, les places sont assez larges et le parking est bien sécurisé. Je recommande même si le code fourni ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai pris un ticket et j'ai facilement contacté un agent qui a ouvert la barrière et la grille pour sortir. Pour information, il n'est plus possible de modifier son immatriculation une fois le parking réservé donc la reconnaissance n'a pas été possible avec la plaque du véhicule utilisé. L'agent m'a identifié avec l'immatriculation de la réservation.
