You do not have to take a ticket when entering and leaving the parking lot: the license plate of your vehicle is scanned and automatically recognized, so that the barrier can be opened.

To enter the car park on foot, you must enter the code found in your confirmation email.

• Once a reservation has been confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . We therefore request that you check the license plate entered in your customer account in order to benefit from the automatic opening of the car park;
• In case of problems at the entrance to the car park garage , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a parking ticket;
• In case of problems at the exit of the car park , if the barrier does not open or if you had drawn a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom of the barrier at the exit and tell the agent your booking number;
• There is no courtesy period for this parking , any additional parking time outside the reservation times will be deducted from the payment method used.
