The GENERATOR MADRID hotel parking lot is located 3 minutes' walk Plaza del Callao and close to Gran Via.

The parking is covered and accessible 24/7 for Onepark customers.

To enter and leave the car park, enter the code found in your confirmation email on the Onepark keyboard.

To access the parking on foot, you must go through the hotel reception.

Good to know

• This car park is located in Madrid Central. The environmental badge is mandatory to access. Diesel vehicles before 2006 and gasoline vehicles before 2003 will not be able to enter;
• To check which environmental badge your car needs, we invite you to click on the following link: https://sede.dgt.gob.es/es/vehiculos/distintivo-ambiental/ and enter your license plate;
  
• It is important to indicate your car's license plate number when booking since the parking is located in the Madrid Central area. If you do not know the license plate at the time of booking (rental car), we invite you to go to the reception upon arrival to communicate your license plate;
• To end your booking, we invite you to enter the exit code even if the door is open;
• By confirming the reservation, the hotel is exempt from all liability in the event that the registration is incorrect.
