The car park with the RELAXPARK valet service offers direct access to Düsseldorf Airport.

The car park is accessible from Monday to Sunday from 03:00 to 01:00.

On the way there

Please call the chauffeur 20 minutes before your arrival at Departure Terminal BC Door 10 using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email.

The chauffeur will be waiting for you at Departure Terminal BC Door 10.

He checks the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

On the way back

After collecting your luggage, call the driver using the name provided in your confirmation email.

The chauffeur will return the vehicle to you at the location where you dropped it off.

Good to know

• In case of any change to your arrival or return information , you must call the Valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check Valet availability;
• To ensure that the chauffeur can identify your vehicle quickly and easily, we recommend that you specify the colour of your vehicle when booking;
• In case you exceed the booked time, we ask you to pay the resulting costs directly to the chauffeur according to the local rates.
