The AERPARK car park is located 10 minutes by free shuttle from Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport.
The parking lot is secure and accessible 7 days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.
Access
Access to the airport
From the car park , a free shuttle will take you to the airport in 10 minutes .
Upon return and after collecting your luggage, you can call the shuttle at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email.
The shuttle service operates 7 days a week from 05:30 to 20:00 .
Entry and exit from the car park
Go to the car park reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).
Good to know
- In the event of a delay compared to the arrival time indicated when booking, as well as for any changes occurring once your vehicle has been parked, we invite you to notify the car park by calling the shuttle;
- In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly at the car park, according to the hourly rate in force.
Supplements - to be paid directly at the car park
- Beyond 4 passengers, each additional passenger: 15 euros (1 child or 1 baby counts as one passenger because they take up a place in the shuttle);
- A supplement of 10 euros will be requested for any arrival or departure between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m .;
- A supplement of 5 euros will be requested for any arrival or departure on a public holiday.
- Bulky baggage (skis, golf clubs, animals or more than 2 bags per person): a supplement of 5 euros will be requested for any additional or bulky baggage.

Ceci n'est pas un avis , mais une information. Nous avons réservé notre place de parking EARPARK via la plateforme ONEPARK. Quand nous avons réservé sur cette plateforme nous avons indiqué une heure de départ qui était 6h45. A notre arrivée sur place , la personne qui nous accueille nous signale que notre départ est prévu pour 7h15. Est-ce la plateforme qui a ajouté ces 30 minutes en plus ou en moins? pourquoi ? Alors que notre demande était à 6h45. Départ 7h18 pour une arrivée à 7h38 au terminal E. Pour notre retour ,comme convenu après avoir récupéré nos bagages, nous appelons la personne pour fixer le lieu de notre récupération (terminal E porte 10).Temps d'attente 18 minutes ( il faut savoir que le temps peut aller jusqu’à 45 minutes) est cela et indiqué sur la feuille que l'on vous remet lors de votre départ avec le numero de téléphone à appeler pour venir vous chercher. temps de trajet retour 17 minutes. Les personnes qui nous ont emmené et recherché ont été très courtoises avec une conduite adaptée Voila , à vous de faire votre propre opinion.
