Un rating moyen compte tenu d’une expérience compliquée pour récupérer mon véhicule : J’ai dû rester un peu plus longtemps dans ce parking après un rendez-vous médical qui s’est prolongé d’une heure Comme indiqué dans la réservation j’ai pensé pouvoir récupérer mon véhicule facilement en ne payant que le supplément horaire mais là le processus ne s’est vraiment pas déroulé comme indiqué: Impossible de rentrer dans le parking Le QR code non reconnu L’agent du parking inaccessible pendant une longue durée et le numéro d’appel de ONEPARK qui ne répond pas Bref une belle galère en perspective Finalement j’ai réussi à avoir une personne du parc mais heureusement que je n’avais pas de train à prendre car je l’aurais raté… Dommage car le parc à part ce défaut de service est plutôt bien organisé
