Entry and exit from the car park
Take a ticket and go to the car park control booth with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version). Once parked, go to the control booth upon arrival or before leaving again with the ticket and reservation. If there are no personnel in the control booth, use the intercom to contact the remote service center and they will tell you how to proceed.
You can park in any space on the 3rd and 4th floor.
To access the car park on foot, you must go through the pedestrian access.

Buen sitio, Plaza normalmente estrecha como todos los Parking los coches han crecido pero las plazas no, si se ocupan las plazas de las plantas mas bajas siempre hay la posibilidad de "estirarse un poco" Resaltar la amabilidad de de la atencion recibida por el personal por este detalle le doy la calificacion mas alta, pero en general esta muy bien

Since 28.04. until 05.05 I was in a Hospital in Cuenca with a broken hip. I tried a few times to cancel my reservation after my operation (29.03.) but it don't works. The red cancel butten did not work and after a time it was not there.
