The parking is covered, secure and accessible 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Accessible 24/7 without any booking.

Access
Please note that due to renovation work on the façade of the 17th century Town Hall, Rue des Batignolles is closed to traffic between Rue des Dames and Rue Mariotte. To access the car park, you must take Rue Mariotte, the direction of traffic of which has been reversed.
Entry and exit from the car park
Take a ticket and go to the car park reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).
If there is no staff on site, please ring the intercom located near reception.
You will be given a prepaid exit ticket.
Your parking ticket will allow you multiple entries and exits from 1 day of parking.

On Friday and Saturday I tried to find a contact person on site; I had to exchange my ticket for my reservation in order to get a new exit ticket. The supervisor's desk was not occupied during the specified period, so there was a wait. A contact person was only available on Sunday. Then it worked, but it's just annoying when you can't do something as planned. Another car park user informed me that the supervisor usually doesn't arrive until around 11.00 am.

Le hall d'entrée ainsi que l'ascenseur mériteraient un bon nettoyage à défaut d'un rafraîchissement

A la sortie au moment de payer, il n'y a personne aux caisses comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Obligé d'appeler depuis la borne de sortie et de communiquer la référence de la réservation et la même le service de surveillance à distance n'avait pas la main sur l'ouverture de la barrière. Après plusieurs essais ils m'ont demandé de coller une voiture qui sortait. 20 minutes d'attente et les autres usagers m'ont pris pour un resquilleur.

Nous avions réservé la veille mais le jour même personne pour valider notre ticket . Espérons que nous n’allons pas payer 2 fois nos 2 heures .
