Upon your return and after collecting your luggage, you can call the shuttle using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email. The shuttle service will be waiting for you at Departure Terminal BC Door 10 .

The shuttle service is available 24/7.

Go to the car park control booth with your confirmation email (on your mobile phone or printed out).

Good to know

• At the parking lot you must hand over your car keys to the reception, who will take care of parking your car;
• In case of delay with respect to the time indicated in the reservation or for changes during the duration of the stay, we ask you to inform the car park;
• If you exceed the booked parking time, we ask you to pay the costs directly at the car park according to the local tariffs.

• Vehicles over 5 metres in length must pay a surcharge of 100% of the booking price;
• Vehicles over 10 metres in length are not permitted.
