En la reserva no queda clara la direccion concreta de la entrada y en paseo de gracia hay varias entradas de parking. Despues de entrar en uno de ellos y de comprobar el error accedì al correcto. Para entrar ningun problema, lectura de matricula y apertura de barrera, pero para salir.... tuve qe esperar media hora: no leia la matricula, llamada a informacion, nadie vino, llamada de nuevo, vuelta completa al parking para buscar a alguien.... media hora!!!

Mi queja no es con el parking, mi queja es con ustedes de Onepark, en su factura la reserva era de 19:30 a 1:30 y mi sorpresa fué que solo tenia reservado hasta las 22:00 sin ustedes avisarme

Parking bien situé mais difficile à trouver car l’adresse donnée était incomplète et le parking mal indiqué parmi tous ceux présents dans la même rue.

Il est très complexe d’aller et venir. On reçois des datamatrix, il faut télécharger une application etc.. mais à chaque fois, il a fallu appeler l’assistance pour entrer et sortir.
