The BLUE VALET valet service offers you direct access to Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station.
The parking is covered, secure and accessible 7/7 from 4:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Entry and exit from the car park
The day of your departure
15 minutes before your arrival at the station, call your valet at the phone number you will receive, by SMS, one hour before the start time of your booking.
Your BLUE VALET valet in navy blue uniform will be waiting for you at the drop-off point of Parking P3. The entrance to Parking P3 is located at 1127 Pont du Guit (at the foot of Pont du Guit at the end of Rue d'Armagnac).
He will help you with your luggage and carry out an inventory of your vehicle before driving it to the car park lot.
The day of your return
After collecting your luggage, call your valet at the phone number you will receive via text message.
BLUE VALET tracks the progress of your train in real time to ensure the presence of your valet if the train is early or late.
Your BLUE VALET valet will return your vehicle to you at the drop-off point at Car Park P3, accessible from Hall 3 from Bordeaux Saint Jean train station.
Good to know
- If you change your arrival or return dates and times , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check availability;
- Before confirming your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area to which you will be sent the valet number;
- When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, after the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
- Please leave your keys with the valet without a key ring or other accessory and place your insurance and registration card in the glove compartment;
- PLEASE NOTE: roof boxes are not accepted.
- In the event of an excess, payment must be made via BLUE VALET customer service before collection or upon return of the vehicle by contacting the number indicated in your confirmation email.

C’est très appréciable cette prestation de prise en charge directement au dépose minute
80€ jetés en l’air ! Pas pu accéder au service car j’ai eu Besoin d’avancer l’heure de prise en charge d’une petite heure en période de grève et de modification de mon itinéraire, le service client one Park , contacté la veille à 9h du matin m’envoie bouler en m’expliquant que les conditions de réservation sont strictes, et que j’aurais qu’à essayer de négocier avec le voiturier le lendemain matin, le numéro du voiturier m’est communiqué 2h avant le rdv mais est sur messagerie jusqu’à 15 minutes APRES l’heure de prise en charge initiale, donc Impossible d’accéder au parking payé 80€ et obligé de trouver un parking en urgence près de la gare qui m’aura couté 130€ supplémentaires.. aucune souplesse, aucun sérieux du voiturier et surtout aucun sens commercial puisque même après avoir fait remonter le soucis et demandé à être recontacté, personne ne me contacte pour tenter de trouver une solution.. aucune voiture garée, aucun voiturer n’a travaillé mais l’argent a bien été encaissé.. bref trouvez une autre solution pour vous garer !
