The Discount LA SNAF car park is located 10 minutes by free shuttle from Geneva-Cointrin airport.
The parking lot is secure and accessible 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.
Access
Access to the airport
From the car park , a free shuttle will drop you off in 10 minutes at the airport, French sector. The shuttle after 8 p.m. is available on request only.
On your return journey and after collecting your luggage, you can call the shuttle at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email, it will pick you up at the same place as on the outward journey.
The shuttle service operates 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Entry and exit from the car park
Go to the car park reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).
Good to know
- In the event of a delay compared to the arrival time indicated when booking, as well as for any changes occurring once your vehicle has been parked, we invite you to notify the car park by calling the shuttle;
- In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly at the car park, according to the hourly rate in force.

Personnel très disponible et aimable, mais difficulté à les contacter notamment au retour : pas de réponse aux appels, on m'a envoyé un sms et j'ai dû relancer pour avoir confirmation, ce qui est problématique parce qu'en plus sur le lieu du rdv (parking p20) les téléphonent ne captent pas toujours bien. finalement 5' d'attente à l'aller et 25' au retour

Stationnement et trajet aller avec la navette impeccable. Le retour, catastrophique; personne n'est venu nous récupérer. Au bout d'1h10 d'attente, nous avons été obligé de prendre un taxi pour récupérer notre véhicule. On nous a baladé, la personne nous a dit qu'elle arrivait dans 10 mn, puis dans 30 secondes suite à un appel car elle nous avait oubliée et ensuite plus aucunes nouvelles ..... Première et dernière fois pour nous!

Equipe sympathique et efficace aussi bien à l aller qu au retour. Par contre lieu de stationnement un peu abîmé au sol ( goudron à refaire). Sinon tout était parfait.

Communication par mail/ par téléphone facile et sérieuse. L’accès au parking manque de fléchage et de pancartes. Dommage cela ajoute du stress durant le compte à rebours des voyageurs avant l’avion. Nous nous étions levées très tôt et avions déjà roulé 2h30. L’accueil sur une station de nettoyage surprend, la zone semble à l’abandon. L’équipe est toutefois très sympathique et dynamique. Les navettes sont rapides. Le doute s’estompe vite. Merci pour la prestation.
