PARK BOX FRANKFURT Valet Service Car Park (External)

The parking lot with the PARK BOX FRANKFURT valet service offers direct access to Frankfurt am Main Airport.

The parking lot is open Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m   accessible.

On the way

60 minutes before your arrival at Departure Terminal 1 or 2, call the chauffeur at the phone number provided in your confirmation email.

The chauffeur will be waiting for you at departure terminal 1 or 2.

He checks the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

On the way back

Before collecting your luggage, call the chauffeur on the number provided in your confirmation email.

The chauffeur will hand over the vehicle to you at departure terminal 1 or 2 .

Good to know

• In the event of a change in your arrival or return information , you must call the valet number found in your booking confirmation to check valet availability;
• Your vehicle is insured through Allianz for the transfer journeys and for the entire time you park in our car parks;
• So that the chauffeur can recognize your vehicle quickly and easily, we recommend that you specify the color of your vehicle when booking;
• If you exceed the booked time, we ask you to pay the costs incurred directly to the chauffeur according to the local tariffs.

Surcharge – to be paid directly at the parking lot

• Vehicles longer than 6 meters pay a size surcharge;
• Using the charger for electric cars costs €20.
