Je n'ai pas trouvé l'entrée du parking, en conséquence j'ai dû aller au parking Accor et payer 25 €. J'aimerai que vous fassiez une action en me remboursant une partie de la somme réglée

Désolé, mais nous n'avons pas trouvé le parking, mon GPS m'a emmené au 210 quai de Bercy, devant un parking, qui a refusé mon entrée. pour moi soit l'adresse n'est pas la bonne, soit une mauvaise indication, soit la personne n'avait pas ma réservation. a ce jour je suis incapable de dire si j'étais au bon parking? je mets moyen à toute les questions car n'ayant pas vu le parking, je ne peux pas donner un avis positif ou négatif. dommage je dois me rendre à l'accor Arena dans 2 semaines, je pense réserver autre chose.
