Arrival at the parking lot

To access the car park , scan the QR code contained in your confirmation email (mobile or paper version) at the terminal. If you are using your phone, please tilt it 45 degrees towards the scan to allow reading. The terminal will issue you with a prepaid exit ticket. Keep this ticket, you will use it to exit the car park.

Your parking ticket will allow you multiple entries and exits from 1 day of parking.

• In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the car park, according to the price list displayed on site;
• If the QR code malfunctions, please ring the intercom and an agent will tell you what to do ;
• Staff are available Monday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
