The parking is covered and accessible from 05:00 to 00:00.

15 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call the driver at the telephone number that you will receive, by SMS, one hour before your booking begins.

The BLUE VALET driver in a blue uniform will wait for you in the express parking lot of your departure terminal .

He will help you with your luggage, will provide you with a trolley if you wish, and will proceed to verify the vehicle before taking it to a private and secure car park lot.

After having retrieved your luggage, call the phone number that you will receive by SMS 30 minutes before your return time.

The BLUE VALET driver in a blue uniform will deliver the vehicle to you in the same place where you left your vehicle.

• If your departure or arrival date or time changes, please contact Blue Valet customer service at 512 511 566;
• Before confirming your booking, make sure   having entered your phone number correctly in your Onepark account, to which the driver's number will be sent;
• In order for the driver to easily recognize your vehicle, at the time of your booking, we recommend that you specify, in addition to the model of the vehicle, its color;
• In case of extra cost, payment must be made through the BLUE VALET customer service before picking up the vehicle or upon its return by contacting the number indicated in your confirmation email.
