Vehicle delivery

20 minutes before your arrival at the Airport, please call the valet using the telephone number indicated in the confirmation email.

The driver will be waiting for you at the departure terminal.

The driver will check the vehicle before taking it to the parking lot.

Vehicle return

After collecting your luggage, call the valet using the phone number provided in the confirmation email.

The return of the vehicle will be made at the same place of delivery.

Useful information

If you need to change the arrival and return date and time , you must contact the valet at the telephone number indicated on your booking confirmation to check availability.
In order for the driver to recognize your vehicle easily, when booking, please specify the model and color of the vehicle;
If you exceed the parking time, an additional fee must be paid to the driver, according to the prices of the car park.

J'ai attendu 1h30 pour récupérer ma voiture à cause du trafic et j'ai raté mon vol à cause du trafic et le temps d'enregistrement de mon véhicule

Puntuaría el servicio mejor, ya que la entrega del vehículo fue bien, pero a la hora de recogerlo estuvimos esperando hora y media en el parking del aeropuerto. Al llamar al teléfono, nos decían que acababa de salir o nos colgaban. Uno de los chóferes que estaba allí al que pregunté me dijo que no me podía ayudar, que a el unos clientes españoles le habían hecho esperar 2 horas. Sólo apareció el coche cuando uno de los chóferes (chico español) llamó a la central para informarse.

Le voiturier ne cherche pas le client et donc on attend sur le parking, et donc 12€ de stationnement payé en plus....honteux

Les voituriers sont très sympathiques et courtois La seule difficulté et la compréhension parfois difficile pour des français que nous sommes Même à des bases en portugais nous avons eu quelques difficultés à se comprendre avec l'opérateur au téléphone Mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre et dans les temps..
