The parking is covered, secure and accessible 7/7 from 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

The day of your departure

Your valet will send you a text message the day before or at the latest 2 hours before your booking.

30 minutes before your arrival at Lille-Europe station, call your valet at the telephone number sent by text message.

Your valet will be waiting for you at the drop-off point at Kharkiv Bridge station. He will carry out an inspection of your vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

The day of your return

30 minutes before your arrival at the station, call your valet at the telephone number sent by text message.

Your valet will return your vehicle to the location where you dropped it off.

Good to know:

• If you change your arrival or return dates and times , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check availability;
• Before confirming your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area to which you will be sent the valet number;
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, after the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
• Beyond 30 minutes of delay without any news from you, the valet is no longer required to wait for you;
• You have not received a message from your valet or the phone number on your booking is not correct, please contact the phone number provided in your confirmation email;
• For information, foreign numbers will be contacted by the valet via the Whatsapp application.
• In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force.
