Lo que menos me ha gustado es que he tenido que pagar un extra de 10,55 euros en el cajero del hotel balneario las arenas. Importe aparte del debitado de mi reserva. Estos cargos extras, deben explicarse claramente.

Todo genial, el acceso al parking muy bien, llegamos 15 minutos antes de la hora seleccionada y no tuvimos ningun problema. Fuimos a recepción para confirmar la plaza, muy amables. No nos pusieron problemas para acceder a los baños de la recepción. Aunque estaría bien que pudieras hacer reservas por horas y por ende, que te cobraran solo por esas horas. Ahora si quieres estar solo 2h te cobral lo mismo que por 24h.

El parking esta debajo de un hotel de lujo y muchas de sus salidas son a través de el con puertas de acceso al hotel, hecho en falta algun baño que no sea el del propio hotel

Muy bien excepto la entrada al menos 2 que no está visible pareció el acceso cerrado.
