RAVAL RIERA ALTA Public Car Park (Covered)

The RAVAL RIERA ALTA public car park is located 8 minutes' walk from the Rambla del Raval and close to the Boquería, Portal del Ángel, Ciutat Vella and Plaza Cataluña.

The parking is covered and accessible 24/7.

CAR ENTRANCE (Riera Alta 23): When you arrive at the parking lot you must enter through the access on Riera Alta 23 street.

If the gate does not open for you by number plate at the barrier, get a ticket so that the gate can be opened for you or call the information button at the barrier for help. Go down to the -1 floor and park in any free space. If you arrive at night or on a holiday and find the gate on the street closed, call the Control Centre telephone number given in your confirmation email or use the intercom next to the gate. Identify your booking and they will open it for you.

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Leave the car park via the pedestrian accesses at Riera Alta 23 or Erasme Janer 4. When you return, you can enter through either of them using the ticket you obtained at the entrance on the intercom reader, or call the Control Centre to open the door for you.

CAR EXIT (Erasme Janer 4): go to the barrier at the exit ramp on c/ Erasme Janer 4 and request that it be opened.

Good to know

• The parking staff is present from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00, Sundays and public holidays from 09:00 to 21:00. Outside of these hours, please call the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email, provide your booking number and access will be opened for you remotely;
• If you opt for a subscription, the cabin crew will provide you with a remote control for this use, for a deposit of €40;
• If you prefer, you can ask the parking staff to generate a QR card that will allow you to enter and exit independently and unlimitedly during your stay;
• After having carried out a vehicle inspection, hand over the keys to the staff who will keep them during your parking;
• If you exceed the parking time, we invite you to pay it directly to the car park lot, according to the current hourly rate.
