On the way there

20 minutes before your arrival at the station , call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will be waiting for you at the station exit door.

On the way back

Before collecting your luggage, please call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email. The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the pick-up location.

• In case of modification of your departure or arrival date or time , please contact the driver's number indicated in your booking confirmation to check his/her availability;
• In order for the driver to be able to recognize your vehicle easily, when making your booking, we recommend that you specify, in addition to the vehicle model, its color;
