Access

ELIT Parking Transfer to St Exupéry Airport/Station

When you arrive at the car park, please follow the instructions on the blue gate to park your vehicle in the correct car park, Parking ELIT, 1,2,3,4, or 5.

Once you have located the car park, follow the signs to get to the correct car park.

When arriving at the car park, please drop off your luggage and passengers at the “Shuttle Departure” then park, leaving approximately 50 cm between each car.

Return to the “Shuttle Departure” and notify the driver by sending an SMS to the shuttle (to the phone number indicated in your confirmation email) with the return information according to the following template:

Example: Mr. Durand = arrival at the ELIT parking lot followed by the date and time of your return, the number of passengers, and the origin of your return flight.

Then wait for your driver, the shuttles run every 00 and 30 of each hour.

Once the driver arrives, please show him your booking.

For any change of date or time of arrival at the car park, please contact the shuttle to schedule new availability.

 

Transfer from St Exupéry Airport/Station to ELIT parking

Upon arrival, once you have collected your luggage, please notify the driver (at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email).

Then wait for your driver. The shuttles run every 15 and 45 of each hour.

Once the driver arrives, please show him your booking.

The driver will escort you back to the entrance of your car park. We advise you to leave your luggage at the “Shuttle Departure” point to avoid having to drag it across the gravel car park.

Entry and exit from the car park

Go to the car park reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).

Good to know

  • Vehicle exits are 24/7;
  • As the shuttle cannot carry more than 4 people, we invite you to drop off the other passengers at the airport before going to the car park lot;
  • The times indicated on the customer's reservation must correspond to the shuttle times and not to the entry or exit of the vehicle;
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your booking at the car park in order to complete the administrative procedures;
  • After having carried out an inventory, you will hand over the vehicle keys to the staff who will keep them for the duration of your parking;
  • For both entry and exit, the time indicated on your booking corresponds to the shuttle reservation time. Driver and shuttle schedules are made the day before and our partner plans the number of shuttles needed based on the information provided;
  • Passengers on time will be given priority;
  • Drivers can be reached (at the phone number provided in your confirmation email) in case of any problems. Since they are at the wheel, please only contact them in case of emergency.
  • In the event of a delay compared to the arrival time indicated when booking, as well as for any changes occurring once your vehicle has been parked, we invite you to notify the car park by calling the shuttle;
  • The shuttles operate 24/7, you will not find anyone at the reception. The drivers come at 00 and 30 of each hour to pick you up at the parking lot indicated at the reception.
  • In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly at the car park, according to the hourly rate in force.
  • Vehicles with trailers are prohibited .

Supplements - to be paid directly at the car park

  • The shuttles accept a maximum of 4 people from the same family (babies count as one person), a supplement of €10 will be requested per additional person and per trip. It is recommended to drop off passengers beforehand at the airport;

  • A supplement of 5 euros will be requested for any arrival or departure between 11:45 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.;
  • Oversized baggage is prohibited on shuttles (skis, surfboards, kitesurfing, dog crates, bicycles, etc.);

  • In case of delay, a supplement of €20 will be requested for the first day of delay, then €5 for the following days;

  • In case of change in the return date, please notify the partner by telephone (at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email) at least 2 hours before the time scheduled on the reservation, failing which a penalty of €30 will be charged in addition to the €20 per day of delay.

    Bonjour, ça ressemble plus à un champ de patates qu'à un parking, il vaut y aller par temps sec, ce n'est pas des nids de poules mais des marres à canards, précédemment 09/ 2018 j'ai été entièrement satisfait de l'accueil et du parking, hier soir vers minuit du parking pro quand j'ai appelé le N° pour la navette c'est une boîte vocale qui m'a répondu qu'il fallait que j'envoie un SMS, un véhicule sans identification était stationné au parking pro, ce sont les clients en attente qui ont dû s'enquérir, auprès d'un individu dont la serviabilité ne semble pas être encore à l'ordre du jour, si ce véhicule était notre navette, à l'arrivée nous avons déchargé nos bagages et nous avons été laissés à sort, dans le marigot sans numérotation des allées et de la place de stationnement, si ce poste ne lui convient qu'il aille vendre de la charcuterie.

    Personnel au top, parking au bout du bout sur sol stabilisé avec quelques nids de poule mais nous avons retrouvé notre voiture après 15 jours sans soucis.
