Access

ELIT Parking Transfer to St Exupéry Airport/Station

When you arrive at the car park, please follow the instructions on the blue gate to park your vehicle in the correct car park, Parking ELIT, 1,2,3,4, or 5.

Once you have located the car park, follow the signs to get to the correct car park.

When arriving at the car park, please drop off your luggage and passengers at the “Shuttle Departure” then park, leaving approximately 50 cm between each car.

Return to the “Shuttle Departure” and notify the driver by sending an SMS to the shuttle (to the phone number indicated in your confirmation email) with the return information according to the following template:

Example: Mr. Durand = arrival at the ELIT parking lot followed by the date and time of your return, the number of passengers, and the origin of your return flight.

Then wait for your driver, the shuttles run every 00 and 30 of each hour.

Once the driver arrives, please show him your booking.

For any change of date or time of arrival at the car park, please contact the shuttle to schedule new availability.

 

Transfer from St Exupéry Airport/Station to ELIT parking

Upon arrival, once you have collected your luggage, please notify the driver (at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email).

Then wait for your driver. The shuttles run every 15 and 45 of each hour.

Once the driver arrives, please show him your booking.

The driver will escort you back to the entrance of your car park. We advise you to leave your luggage at the “Shuttle Departure” point to avoid having to drag it across the gravel car park.

Entry and exit from the car park

Go to the car park reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).

Good to know

  • Vehicle exits are 24/7;
  • As the shuttle cannot carry more than 4 people, we invite you to drop off the other passengers at the airport before going to the car park lot;
  • The times indicated on the customer's reservation must correspond to the shuttle times and not to the entry or exit of the vehicle;
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your booking at the car park in order to complete the administrative procedures;
  • After having carried out an inventory, you will hand over the vehicle keys to the staff who will keep them for the duration of your parking;
  • Oversized baggage is prohibited on shuttles (skis, surfboards, kitesurfing, dog crates, bicycles, etc.);

  • For both entry and exit, the time indicated on your booking corresponds to the shuttle reservation time. Driver and shuttle schedules are made the day before and our partner plans the number of shuttles needed based on the information provided;
  • Passengers on time will be given priority;
  • Drivers can be reached (at the phone number provided in your confirmation email) in case of any problems. Since they are at the wheel, please only contact them in case of emergency.
  • In the event of a delay compared to the arrival time indicated when booking, as well as for any changes occurring once your vehicle has been parked, we invite you to notify the car park by calling the shuttle;
  • The shuttles operate 24/7, you will not find anyone at the reception. The drivers come at 00 and 30 of each hour to pick you up at the parking lot indicated at the reception.
  • In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly at the car park, according to the hourly rate in force.
  • Vehicles with trailers are prohibited .

Supplements - to be paid directly at the car park

  • The shuttles accept a maximum of 3 people from the same family (including babies). For groups of 4 people, a supplement of 5 euros will be requested per additional person and per trip;
  • For groups of more than 4 people, a supplement of 10 euros will be charged per additional person and per journey. It is recommended to drop off passengers at the airport beforehand;
  • A supplement of 5 euros will be requested for any arrival or departure between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m .;
  • A supplement of 20 euros will be requested for utility vehicles (Trafic, Combi, etc.);
  • A supplement of 5 euros will be requested in the event of a delay of 30 minutes or more upon arrival;
  • A supplement of 5 euros will be requested for any delay between 2h and 5h on the return journey ;
  • A supplement of 10 euros will be requested for any delay between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. on your return ;
  • A supplement of 20 euros will be requested for any delay between 10 a.m. and 1 day on return ;
  • A supplement of 5 euros per day will be requested for any additional day of delay from 2 days on return ;
  • In case of change of the return date, please notify the partner by telephone (at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email) at least 2 hours before the time scheduled on the reservation, failing which a penalty of 30 euros will be charged in addition to the 20 euros per day of delay.

    L'accueil au parking a été extrêmement médiocre. Le parking était complet et personne n'était présent pour réguler les clients. Les navettes Aller et retour était en retard de 20 minutes. Un supplément est demandé la nuit... Les chauffeurs ne respectent pas les limitations pour rattraper les retards.
