On the way

10 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will wait for you in the express parking lot of your departure terminal, and will proceed to verify the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

On the way back

The driver will call you at the phone number indicated in your personal Onepark account.

The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the pick-up location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• In case of modification of your departure or arrival date or time , please contact the driver's number indicated in your booking confirmation to check his availability;
• In order for the driver to easily recognize your vehicle, when making your booking, we recommend that you specify, in addition to the vehicle model, its color;
• If you exceed the parking time, we invite you to pay it directly to the driver, according to the current hourly rate.
