From the parking lot , the free transfer service will drop you off at the airport in 5 minutes , on the departures level of the airport terminals.
On your return, you can call the transfer service at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email, and they will pick you up at one of the stops 1 to 5 in basement -2 of the Airport.
The shuttle service operates 24/7.

Specifically, Guillermo (William) the bus driver was very very helpful. He was literally running around after clients helping with cases, he was super friendly. When I arrived to collect my car which was almost 0100 in the morning (there were delays) I found my car battery flat and he came back to check on me and helped me to stay my car. He went above and beyond and got that I was very grateful. He is an asset to the service. Específicamente, Guillermo (William), el conductor del autobús, fue muy, muy servicial. Literalmente corría detrás de los clientes que ayudaban con los casos, era súper amable. Cuando llegué a recoger mi coche, que eran casi las 0100 de la mañana (hubo retrasos), encontré la batería de mi coche descargada y él volvió a ver cómo estaba y me ayudó a quedarme con mi coche. Hizo todo lo posible y consiguió que yo estuviera muy agradecida. Es un activo para el servicio.
