Nous avons contacté l’hôtel à notre descente de l’avion en précisant que nous n’avions pas de bagage, 40 minutes plus tard, j’ai du rappeler car nous attendions toujours qu’on vienne nous chercher. La personne n’avait soit disant pas entendu son bip, et ne s’est pas excusé pour la gêne occasionnée. On a également dû rappeler devant le portail car personne ne nous avait donné le code de sortie. En prime on m’a raccroché au nez. Moins cher que les autres parkings, mais le service laisse clairement à désirer. Le groupe Accor n’est plus ce qu’il était. Je ne recommande pas du tout!!!
